Natural frozen chicken nuggets come to the rescue.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;They are very appealing to the kids. Even though I really want to pack flax seeds chips with avocado and some sprouts. But this is their lunch. But now I have a way to serve squash and have it eaten!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Orange vegetables puree adds color, vitamins, fiber to regular macaroni and cheese from the box. I told my kids that I have added butternut squash and they loved it and even prefer it this way. It is quick and easy to make, especially when there is a premade squash, sweet potato or carrot puree. I reserved some when making orange lentil soup.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Method:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Boil squash or sweet potatoes pieces in water for 10-15 minutes, until soft, puree with hand blender.&lt;br /&gt;Cook macaroni and cheese according to the box directions. Choose the kind that has powdered Parmesan cheese. Instead of milk add cup or more of pureed squash.
